At Petlaro, your satisfaction and your pet’s comfort are important to us. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or damaged items not caused by a Petlaro error

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Petlaro error (defective or incorrect item)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank
